Tent Basics

During a camping trip, you’ll often be utilizing a tent and knowing some tent basics will go a long way. The first thing I wanted to cover is to find a flat area for the tent. Another thing to look for is a shaded area if possible. I like having my tent in a shaded area by some structure, so I can tie my tent off as well as stake it down. Additionally, I like to always put the rainfly on, even if there is no rain in the forecast. The cleaner your tent, the better, so don’t be afraid to keep it clean. If you’ll be by yourself, make sure you can easily set up the tent without help. These tips should help you the next time camping.
