One of the most well-known campers in the world, the Airstream was created by Wally Byam in the 1920s. Since then, the silver campers (or “space twinkies,” as some call them) have made quite an impact on not only the camping world but also on pop culture. Though from time to time the company has strayed from its iconic original design, it always comes back to it—and that is the case with the company’s newest model, the Trail Wind.

About the Trail Wind
The 2024 Trail Wind has been updated for off-grid travel—something Airstreams couldn’t do before—with the largest battery bank, inverter, and solar potential in any Airstream ever. The Trade Wind is made to travel wherever you may roam and offers you the comforts of home.
The Trail Wind conserves water and has an optional composting toilet feature, making it an excellent choice for those trying to conserve while out on the road. There is also full rear-view monitoring and an optional rear hatch to take in the view at the end of your long day of traveling.
The 2024 Airstream Trail Wind starts at $129,400.
