We’ve seen a lot of innovation in the world of portable power over the last few years. Smaller, more light weight, more compact. It seems to be the golden age of on-demmand power in your pocket. While many companies are focusing on how to charge your phone or your tablet, few are expanding into new horizons. We recently came across the JumperPack Mini from Cyntur – which promises to not only to power up your device through a 2.1A USB port, but also carries enough juice to jumpstart your car in case of emergencies.

While we haven’t had the opportunity to run the Cyntur JumperPack through it’s paces – we’re loving the idea of storing a full charge in the glove compartment when we venture off of the beaten path. According to Cyntur, the JumperPack Mini will store a full charge for 1 year. This makes it almost a no-brainer accessory for anyone who frequently travels outside of cell reception.
The box itself contains a precharged 12,000mAh Li-ion battery, SafeJump battery clamps, an AC wall charger and compact carrying case. Built into the main battery unit, is a 200 Lumen LED flashlight which also doubles as both a torch or emergency strobe light.
We’re looking forward to getting to know the Cyntur JumperPack a little more in depth in the coming months. Be sure to visit the Cyntur website for more detail, and ordering info.
