Capt. Leake is an organized planner who likes to speed to one of the hundreds of locations stored in his database of fishing hot spots. Once there, he saturates the area with a variety of baits and techniques to determine what the waters will yield.

Capt. Holeman, on the other hand, prefers to casually troll toward a location and catch whatever he can along the way. Sometimes, that means never making it to the original spot that he had in mind, which is often nowhere in particular anyway.
While their philosophies are different, their success as guides proves that the end result is what matters most.
