Camping in Lory State Park
Lory State park offers amazing foothills scenery with amazing views just minutes from Fort Collins. You will love the variety of trails for hiking and biking and the primitive campsites. Lory State Park offers six country campsites open all week long. Camping at the park is backcountry only and simple. There are not any campgrounds or RV campsites.

Amenities in Lory State Park
The amenities include picnic and group picnic sites, trails, a visitor center, and if you are looking for wedding facilities those are offered as well. They are well equipped to handle larger groups with their conference facilities.
Things To Do in Lory State Park
Horseback riding, fishing, and geocaching are just some of the things you can do at the park. The hiking and biking trails are great for a scenic route and a little exercise. Fishing is a lot of fun for trout and small mouth bass. The lakes are stocked and ready for you to try your hand at fishing. You can go rock climbing and stop by the visitor’s center for a climbing guide. This is one of the top parks known for its rock climbing. Water skiing is also a fun activity.

Lory State Park Passes
Daily Pass: $7 per vehicle per day or $3 per individual entering by foot, bike, or horse.
Camping Fees in Lory State Park
Backcountry camping permit: $10 per night in addition to the $7 vehicle or $3 individual pass.
